Yani and Divinity’s wedding celebration took place on a stunningly clear day in Jersey City. They tied the knot at the Liberty House, a lovely setting surrounded by the Hudson River, with the most magnificent views of Manhattan. The couple who met while touring with Beyonce during her 2007 “The Beyonce Experience” (Yani as a dancer and Divinity as her bass player and music director) became engaged after seven years together and planned a gorgeous wedding that included an abundance of florals and details that were deeply meaningful to them.
Both Yani and Divinity were clad in Lee Grebenau, working with Giselle at our NYC flagship salon and Lee to bring their bridal attire dreams to life. Divinity wore a strapless jumpsuit with beaded bodice and a long beaded cape. Yani looked striking in her ball gown that was also a form-fitting, long sleeve dress with a plunging neckline and beaded floral appliqués.
